👤 Meet the Founder


Born in Warsaw, Poland and raised on Long Island, NY, Maciej (Matt) Jochym developed a lifelong love of the outdoors—just like many who eventually find themselves drawn to Colorado.

A former Division I wrestler at Cornell University, Matt transitioned from athletics to a career in energy/utilities, working with business owners of all sizes throughout the NYC metro area on efficiency. After experiencing Colorado’s pull during a visit, he returned to earn his MBA from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and eventually planted roots in Summit County.

That’s where Peak Utility Advisors was born—with a mission to help Colorado businesses mitigate rising energy costs and reduce their environmental impact.
