We strive to provide U.S. organizations with personalized service and are proud to be Mountain West-based in Summit County, CO—serving all 50 states.

👤 Meet the Founder

Born in Warsaw, Poland and raised on Long Island, NY, Maciej (Matt) Jochym developed a lifelong love of the outdoors—just like many who eventually find themselves drawn to Colorado.

A former Division I wrestler at Cornell University, Matt earned his degree in Science & Technology Studies before transitioning to a career in energy and utilities. He spent 6 years working as an Energy Consultant with various Energy Efficiency and Demand Management utility programs in the NYC metro area, helping organizations reduce energy costs and improve efficiency.

After experiencing Colorado's pull during a visit, he returned to earn his MBA from CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business, where he focused on Clean Energy and Finance. He eventually planted roots in Summit County, combining his energy expertise with his passion for mountain communities.

That's where Peak Utility Advisors was born—with a mission to help organizations of all types across America mitigate rising energy costs and reduce their environmental impact.

In addition to his role at PUA, Matt volunteers his time as a Volunteer Girls & Boys Wrestling Coach at Summit High School.
